ABOUT US

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
& REAL ESTATE FUND MANAGEMENT

THE CORE OF OUR BUSINESS IS TO UNLOCK AND ENHANCE PROPERTY VALUE AND ACHIEVE NOTEABLE RETURNS FOR OUR INVESTOR PARTNERS.

"With over 50 years collective experience, our team identify residential ‘value add’ opportunities and purchase either exclusively for ourselves, in partnership with our high net worth investors, or we joint venture with existing landowners."

Oliver Dudley | Founder & Ceo
The Core of our business is to unlock and enhance property value by:

· Achieving planning permission, often on complicated and restricted brownfield sites or involving complex change of use to residential

· Construction, either new build or conversion and refurbishment, focusing on;

· Permitted Developments e.g. B1a (Office) to residential

· Change of Use schemes e.g. D1 (non residential institutions) to residential.
· Asset management of existing leases and vacant premises

· Quick decisions in order to conclude transactions which require speed.

· Identifying sites that qualify for Help to Buy due to high demand and minimised sales risk

· Optimising existing planning permissions to enhance site value

· Use of local knowledge and understanding of the target market to create a tailored product

· Finding unique solutions to solve complicated problems.

The team at in5 is rapidly expanding and we are constantly looking to increase the capacity of our ever-growing deal pipeline. We thrive on building long lasting relationships and growing mutually with our partners.

Outside of property, Oliver is a motivational speaker, sharing stories of unique experiences as a past endurance adventurer, notably breaking the Guinness World Record for the fastest transatlantic row in 2008 as a novice rower.
